This concept was born from a blend of movements I learned through periods of self-exploration in other disciplines and solving the lack of ability to perform each of them.
My goal was not only to improve my physical appearance, but also to have an smart and adaptable body to perform in any environment.
With over a decade of experience in various disciplines —including calisthenics, CrossFit, Yoga, Animal Flow, Movement, Boxing, and floor work— I’ve developed a unique form of training that goes beyond aesthetics to focus on overall health.
Over time and through the challenge of each of these disciplines, the need for a balance between strength and mobility inspired me to develop Flow Training, a movement style that fulfil primary human needs where body and mind require presence to master your body.
