The Welfare System (TWS) is a movement coaching community designed to help you unlock your strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, reduce pain, or build better movement habits, TWS offers expert coaching, personalized programs, and community support.
2. How does the TWS membership work?
As a TWS member, you’ll have access to exclusive training programs, live coaching sessions, and a supportive community. The membership includes personalized guidance, weekly workouts, mobility tips, and ongoing education. Plus, you can join live calls to get real-time feedback and motivation.
3. What types of programs are available?
We offer a variety of programs, including strength and mobility training, pain relief guides (for back, neck, and shoulders), and performance enhancement plans. The programs are designed to suit different levels, from beginners to advanced movers.
4. Can I do the exercises at home?
Absolutely! Our programs are designed to be flexible. You can practice anywhere, whether it’s at home, at the gym, or even outdoors. All you need is a bit of space, and we’ll guide you through exercises that fit your environment.
5. How much time do I need to commit each week?
Our programs are designed to be flexible. You can start with as little as 15 minutes a day, or choose a plan that fits your schedule. The key is consistency, and we’ll help you integrate movement into your daily routine.
6. What is the 7-Day Movement Challenge?
The 7-Day Movement Challenge is an introduction to TWS. It’s a free challenge designed to get you moving and experience the benefits of our approach firsthand. By completing the challenge, you’ll not only feel better but also unlock a special gift as part of your progress.
7. Is the coaching 1-on-1 or group-based?
TWS offers both options. We have live group coaching sessions, as well as opportunities for personalized 1-on-1 coaching depending on your needs.
8. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership after the initial 30 days. You’ll still have access to the resources until the end of your billing period.
9. Do I need special equipment to join?
No special equipment is required for most of our programs. If any specific equipment is needed, it will be listed at the beginning of the program or session. Many exercises focus on bodyweight movements.
